Clinical enabling support
This section describes “clinical enabling support” — a form of specialist administrative or personal assistant support designed to enable clinicians with disabilities to carry out their clinical role efficiently and safely.
This type of support is particularly relevant where difficulties arise from executive function demands (e.g. admin workload, task organisation, and time management), rather than clinical ability itself.
